What is Teak?
Teak is one-to-one testosterone coaching for men in Australia and New Zealand, run entirely over WhatsApp. You send the blood test you already have, or we tell you which markers to ask your GP or lab for. A coach reads every marker with you in plain English, ranks the habits most likely to be costing you, and writes a plan around them. On the 12-week programme you check in every week and retest at week 12, and your coach compares the two results with you.
Teak is coaching, not medical care. We don't diagnose, prescribe, order tests or change medication, and no coach can promise a testosterone number. How it works, step by step.
Who is Teak for?
Men 18 and over in Australia or New Zealand who have had a blood test, or are about to, and want someone to explain it properly and help them change the habits that research links to testosterone. It isn't for men already on testosterone, hCG or clomiphene, men who want a prescription, or anyone with red-flag symptoms. Who this isn't for.
Who are Teak's coaches?
Teak's coaches work behind the scenes. We don't publish names, photos or bios, and every guide on this site carries the Teak editorial team byline. When you start, your coach is the person reading your results and replying in your WhatsApp chat.
Coaches aren't doctors and never present as one. Every chat runs to the same rules:
- Results are read against the range printed on your own lab report.
- Nobody is told they have a condition. That's a diagnosis, and it's your GP's job.
- Nobody is told to start, stop or change a medicine.
- Anything that looks medical goes to a GP straight away. When we send you to a doctor.
What doesn't Teak do?
- Diagnose low testosterone or any other condition.
- Prescribe, supply or recommend testosterone or any other medicine.
- Sell supplements, blood tests or at-home kits.
- Promise a testosterone level or any other result.
How does Teak make money?
From coaching fees only: the Baseline and the 12-week programme. We take no commission from labs, clinics or prescribers, run no affiliate links and sell nothing else. Prices are the same for every man in each country, and New Zealand prices include GST.
How are Teak's guides written?
Every guide is written by the Teak editorial team from Australian and New Zealand health sources first, lists its sources, and shows the date it was last reviewed. Our editorial policy sets out how we write, check and correct them. Start with the blood test checklist or browse all guides.

Common questions
Is Teak a clinic or a medical service?
No. Teak is a coaching service. We don't diagnose, prescribe, order tests or change medication. Anything that looks medical goes to your GP, and our safety page lists what we always send to a doctor.
Who reads my blood test?
Your Teak coach, in your WhatsApp chat. Coaches work behind the scenes, so the site doesn't publish their names or photos. Your results are used only to coach you, and our privacy policy explains how they're kept.
Why doesn't Teak name its coaches?
Teak speaks as one team, so coaches work behind the scenes and pages carry the Teak editorial team byline. You can judge our guides by their sources and review dates, and our editorial policy sets out the standards we write to.
How much does Teak cost?
Baseline, 4 weeks is A$297 in Australia or NZ$329 incl. GST in New Zealand. The 12-week programme is A$1,497 or NZ$1,649 incl. GST. Blood tests are paid separately. Chatting first costs nothing.
